Copy the PDF file into Word:

The first option is the easiest and most obvious option for inserting a PDF file into Word. The steps are as follows:

  2. Click the Insert tab on the menu bar.
  3. In the Text section, click on Object.

  5. Click Browse to find the PDF file you wish to insert. Click okay to apply the changes.
  6. You’ll see the PDF seem on the chosen page.

Use a PDF converter to insert PDF to Word as an image:

You can also use an online option to convert a PDF to an image and then insert it into the word document. The steps are as follows:

  1. Open FacePDF.com on a web browser. 
  2. Click on the PDF to the jpg option.
  3. Click Select File to transfer your PDF file from its current location.
  4. The program can convert your file into pictures.
  5. Your file is going to be regenerate into JPG format, able to be downloaded. 
  6. Go to Downloads on your laptop. Right-click the file you’ve simply downloaded, and choose Extract All.
  7. Next, move to your Word document and click on the Insert tab from the menu bar.
  8. Select the image to open the Insert Image window, and so find the JPG files extracted from the nada folder you downloaded.

  4. Select the JPG file wherever you saved it last.
  5. Click on Insert to insert the image in your Word document.
  6. And it’s done! You have successfully inserted a PDF as a static image. 

Insert PDF to Word as a Linked Object:

In this option, you can insert a PDF to the word document as a linked object. The steps are given below: 

  • Open Word and place your indicator wherever you’d just like the PDF inserted as a connected object.
  • Click the Insert tab on the menu bar.
  • Under Text cluster, click Object.
  • Select produce From the File tab within the Object window.
  • Click Browse and select the PDF file you wish inserted.
  • Go to Link to File to insert the road.
  • Click show as Icon if you wish the file inserted as AN icon rather than a preview (first page).

  8. Open the converted PDF file, select the content, and copy it.
  9. Now open the original Word document and paste the content from the PDF file here.
  10. And you are done!
